Ergonomic Pillows, Back rests, Leg spacers, Neck pillows with cold pack, Biofreeze, hot/cold packs also available in the office.  

NOW ACCEPTING MEDICARE AND WILL SUBMIT CLAIMS TO INSURANCES (PPO/AUTO) AS OUT-OF-NETWORK PROVIDER.  A RECEIPT OR SUPERBILL MAY BE RECEIVED UPON REQUEST FOR SERVICES RENDERED.  A REPORT/BILL  WILL BE FURNISHED FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES THAT ARE ACCEPTED ON LEIN.
